Return and Cancellation Policy

Returns for Sealed CCG Products:
Due to the nature of sealed products within the Collectible Card Game (CCG) industry, returns are not accepted under any circumstances. However, if your item arrives damaged or significantly different from its description, please contact us promptly at returns@levelup-loot.com. We are committed to resolving such issues in a satisfactory manner.

Returns for Consoles and Video Games:
Consoles and video games are eligible for return within 15 days of the delivery date. Return shipping costs may apply unless the item is defective or not as described.

Cancellations:
Order cancellations may be requested before shipment. A cancellation fee of 3% will be applied and deducted from the refund amount. This fee covers the non-refundable payment processing fee incurred at the time of the original transaction.

To request a cancellation, email returns@levelup-loot.com with the subject line: "CANCEL ORDER #...".
